Returns & Exchanges

At MICAS, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your MICAS account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state your reason for the request.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the provided prepaid return shipping label to attach to the outside of your parcel.

Ship the Items

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our global distribution center.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
